Multifamily is a good investment
Forbes recently highlighted multifamily commercial real estate as a good bet for investors:

I was interested to read that they called multifamily construction "soaring". Here in California, the land of taxes, protestors, and fees, I don't see a lot of building. Vacancy rates in Coachella Valley are very low.
